1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents.
2.

As the Development Manager for the South FL General Office, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents.
3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting t

echniques; and sales activity training.
4. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum.
5. Advise and consult with the management team and the Managing Partner on recruiting and retention efforts.
