At We Insure, "great leaders communicate and great communicators lead!" That’s why our We Way values hone-in on the art of communication being the language of leadership in our organization.

Keeping that sentiment in mind, we are excited to share photos from our most recent Q1 All-Hands Town Hall Meeting, where our leaders shared key updates with employees on upcoming strategic developments underway in 2026 and engaging initiatives on the horizon like The We Way Book Club and our Summer Graduate Franchise Program!

Our dedicated staff was also celebrated during last month’s “Employee Appreciation Day” as Team WE members enjoyed a delicious dinner, an interactive happy hour, gift cards, and quality time connecting with their respective managers and colleagues.

A huge round of applause are in order for our Spin-The-Wheel winners! Congratulations to Eliza Esposito, Monica Gonzalez, Diego Torres, and Bryce Madigan, who won additional gift cards (in addition to the gift cards awarded to all employees).

Oswaldo, who launched We Insure’s latest brick-and-mortar in sunny Miami, FL., says he wholeheartedly believes “insurance was created to give people peace of mind and a second chance,” a responsibility that he takes very seriously.
