My commitment to giving back is not just a professional endeavor; it’s a reflection of my core values, which were profoundly shaped during my tenure as co-chair of a capital campaign for Sunnyvale Community Services. I take pride in having led a team that successfully raised over $22,000,000 for Sunnyvale Community Services, a testament to our shared commitment to making a meaningful impact in our community. As the campaign successfully came to a close, I was inspired to pursue the Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy® designation through the American College of Financial Services to guide me have an even greater impact in the world of philanthropic planning. I'm dedicated to continual learning and development. I completed my undergraduate education at Vanguard University of Southern California. I have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation. I guide and inspire an incredible and dedicated team comprising Vera Mae Laver & Diamond Tang, who serve our clients and community with excellence. Outside of the office, you’ll find me with my wife, Kim, and our beautiful daughter. In our spare time, we may be planning our next vacation or walking our rescue dog, Charlie. You’ll also often find me in the community volunteering or at a meeting of the Sunnyvale Rotary Club trying to achieve my own personal philanthropic goals.
