CONGRATULATIONS we did it! Teri Groves purchased a home in Calvert County that she has rented for several years and is so excited to be able to now call it her home. It is very important when purchasing a home that you feel comfortable with the monthly loan payment and still be able to maintain the lifestyle that you are accustomed to. Congratulations to Ryan Ryder and Jessica York on purchasing a new home in Anne Arundel County. The name Ireland Mortgage Solutions has traveled rapidly thru this family located in St. Mary’s county. Today, I had the pleasure of watching Karen and Steve Mistretta close on their new home purchase. It was a pleasure working with this couple as well as previously helping her daughter and future son in law, her sister and I am now working with Steve’s son.
Karen and Steve were able to purchase this refurbished home from Stewart and Joann Gibson. The Gibson’s work with the Mark Frisco team of Century 21 New Millennium in Prince Frederick. Thanks to the law firm of John C. Prouty for assisting with the closing for Karen and Steve.

Ireland Mortgage Solutions was happy to be able to bring Bailey (Loveless) and Ryan Casselman back home to Calvert County. Ryan and Bailey along with their realtor Christina Stickel of Re/Max One worked together to find the perfect home for this young family. Ryan and Bailey looked at several properties in Southern Maryland but upon visiting their new home, they new it was the perfect fit for them. They were extremely patient and were able to wait until the right home came along.
