About the Bookkeeper Position

The Bookkeeper position is perfect for you if you enjoy bookkeeping but are not interested in finding your own clients and are looking for a long term work home. You will manage the QuickBooks Online file, bill pay, run payroll, file sales and use tax, and make changes within the financial statements. Training is provided for all of the responsibilities! This team member will work with the Account Manager to ensure that projects are being completed efficiently and make any changes necessary after quality control reviews.

Responsibilities of Bookkeeper

Manage the QuickBooks Online file
Manage Accounts Payables for clients
Run payroll using Gusto
File Sales and Use Tax
Make changes to transactions as needed
Support our client relationships with excellent communication and a willingness to serve, be approachable, and available for prompt responses to client questions
Document processes and procedures to add to company training resources
Communicate with team members and clients regarding questions or concerns with a client's account

Job Requirements:

Bookkeeping Certification
1+ years as a bookkeeper
Computer, mouse, keyboard
Secure Internet Connection
Web cam (can be internal to your laptop, does not have to be external)
