If you can see the excavator in the background…..then you know that this summer, our office will be difficult to access at times! It’s the season of orange cones and yellow safety vests on Emerald Terrace. The city is reconstructing the street and its’ sewer lines, adding sidewalks and speedbumps.

We will remain open as allowed, but may be working remotely at times due to inaccessibility. I will keep customers advised thru this page

Now THAT was quite a week of storms. In my 38 years of doing this, I’ ve never seen back to back days of major storms!

I HOPE to never repeat that record again LOL.

Reporting your claim is easy—you can report the claim thru the State Farm app or on the website, or call 855-259-8568, or text “CLAIM” to 62789.
Get your claim started soon if you know your property/auto has been damaged!

Our auto claims can be estimated at any select service shop, through virtual inspections, OR we have a drive thru estimatics service available too! Just like the ole days! Lastly, any non-driveable car will be estimated by our national catastrophe team members.
