Almost two years ago, this beautiful woman stepped in to help me in the office during a season of staffing challenges. At the time, she wasn’t convinced that working together would actually work.
Fast forward to today, and she has become a key part of the vision we’ve always had for our agency — a face-to-face, personal, relationship-driven insurance agency where customers don’t feel like policy numbers, but like family.
These flowers and chocolates were brought in by a customer who truly appreciated the love, care, and patience April showed them during a difficult time. Since she’s been here, we’ve received more hugs, handwritten notes, treats, and referrals than ever before — and honestly, that tells us everything we need to know.
This is the kind of agency we set out to build, and moments like this remind us why it matters. 💐🍫
