Almost two years ago, this beautiful woman stepped in to help me in the office during a season of staffing challenges. At the time, she wasn’t convinced that working together would actually work.
Fast forward to today, and she has become a key part of the vision we’ve always had for our agency — a face-to-face, personal, relationship-driven insurance agency where customers don’t feel like policy numbers, but like family.

These flowers and chocolates were brought in by a customer who truly appreciated the love, care, and patience April showed them during a difficult time. Since she’s been here, we’ve received more hugs, handwritten notes, treats, and referrals than ever before — and honestly, that tells us everything we need to know.
This is the kind of agency we set out to build, and moments like this remind us why it matters. 💐🍫

You know you’re doing something right when customers stop by just to say hi—and even bring food! 🥪🍪

The top slow roasted, pulled pork sandwich is from one of our amazing clients who owns a catering company—she drove 30 minutes just to bring it to us. Thank you Ms C's Home Style for this delicious meal!!

The cookies came from another customer who had an accident. I went out to their car and helped them get back on the road so they could make it to the body shop. Since then, they’ve brought us four dozen cookies this week as a thank-you!

We love our customers and are so grateful for the business our family is building here in Arizona. 💙
