Please join us in congratulating our firm's President, Connie Barrineau, on being named to the 11th Annual Elite Women group by Insurance Business America. This group highlights leaders whose work has shaped operations, client service, and talent development across the insurance industry as a whole.

This is a very prestigious award, as there were thousands of applicants and only 73 women were selected. Connie was voted into the group alongside some of the largest names at some of the largest insurance institutes in the world, showing just how impactful she has been on the industry in her 47 years of service.

About the Role 📑

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

• Support commercial clients with day‑to‑day servicing needs
• Manage renewals, certificates, endorsements, and policy changes
• Use our agency management system and carrier websites to process client requests
• Ensure accurate documentation and deliver a smooth client experience
• Build strong relationships with business owners

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Comfortable using technology in a general office environment
• Ability to learn agency systems, online carrier platforms, and digital communication tools
• Experience in commercial insurance is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
