Fair Tax New Jersey

Fair Tax New Jersey The FairTax is a tax reform proposal which would eliminate the IRS and repeal all federal income taxes and replace them with a national retail sales tax.

Our mission is to get members of Congress in New Jersey to co-sponsor the FairTax. FairTax New Jersey was formed in early 2010 and is associated with Americans for Fair Taxation. FairTax New Jersey is a not-for-profit all-volunteer group with it's purpose to educate the public on the FairTax (H.R. 25 & S. 122) and support the passage of the FairTax. The Fair Tax replaces the corporate income tax,

individual income tax, capital gains and dividends taxes, estate tax, Social Security and Medicare taxes and replaces them with a national sales tax. Please visit Fairtax.org/nj to find out how you can get involved. FairTax New Jersey Leaders
