Fair Tax New Jersey

Fair Tax New Jersey The FairTax is a tax reform proposal which would eliminate the IRS and repeal all federal income taxes and replace them with a national retail sales tax.

Our mission is to get members of Congress in New Jersey to co-sponsor the FairTax. FairTax New Jersey was formed in early 2010 and is associated with Americans for Fair Taxation. FairTax New Jersey is a not-for-profit all-volunteer group with it's purpose to educate the public on the FairTax (H.R. 25 & S. 122) and support the passage of the FairTax. The Fair Tax replaces the corporate income tax,

So, so many of you say "NO TAX". Many more of you say "ZERO TAX". Neither of those is legally possible nor realistic. We can say that if you are a citizen & opt for the Family Consumption Allowance your household pays a 0% unreimbursed FAIRtax until it spends ABOVE the data defined poverty level based on household size. For 2 adults 2 minors that has been at $43,280. Above that your household pays unreimbursed FAIRtax. See comments for details.

Think for just a minute. Every self-employed person keeping 15.3% more of their income. ALL their taxation shifts to their personal consumption. Every small business owner with employees no longer pays a CPA or accountant to track expenses like F**A or a payroll firm to process their F**A.
