We’re looking for the right person to help lead our customer service experience and grow into an Office Customer Care Representative.

No insurance experience or license? That’s okay. We’ll help you get there.

You’ll begin as a receptionist, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while studying for your Property & Casualty insurance license.

After successfully completing our 90-day training program and passing your licensing exam, you’ll be promoted to our Office Customer Care Representative position.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• The ability to show hospitality, even during stressful interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A desire to be part of a high-functioning team
• A genuine desire to help people

What you’ll receive:
