Sitting on the back porch enjoying the rain. It was good to get back to church today after being out from surgery. I’ve still got a ways to go on recovery but so grateful to be this far. God is Good.

Real Estate - Investing as they all say is a relationship business. Networking and collaborating is not my strong suit. Although when it does happen and it certainly has a lot during the years in business, it makes me feel good and successful. 🤩I am a Type D on the personality chart, so I've always pretty much stuck to the tasks rather than branching out to the the "team" perspective. Actually to make it clear, I am a team member when someone needs my help, but not at reaching out asking for help. Sharing in public is something I am trying to get better on, especially through Social Media. But, it's also not easy for these personality types to share a lot publicly or be out on the frontlines to be noticed.

T- 2 1/2 weeks post total knee replacement surgery. Not going to lie, there have been some rough days and nights. Hence not being able to sleep at 2:47am. I am progressing past the PT goals, so I am grateful for that. It’s due to me focusing on recovery and doing the PT exercises and the Good Lord’s healing powers. I still have a ways to go, and plan to work hard toward that. Thanks also to my great caregiver, Brian Looney. I’ve done work a little here and there but not on any new acquisitions since before the surgery. I know the next few weeks is going to be challenging with PT, but I’ll get through it! If anyone knows of any houses for sale AS-IS please let us know!

I hope everybody’s got their mad money stuck back in their wallets. (cash). My mama told me to always have . 25 when I went anywhere to call if I needed to. . I always told my children to have at least a 20 stuck back in the wallet. That debit card might not work 1 day. OR you may need to offer $ to someone that stopped to help or change a tire. I don’t think they ever listened and did it. All those “old ways of thinking” make that circle back somewhere down the line.

Brian and I are in our office on our computers working, listening to albums. Nothing like that sound on vinyl. I was shocked when I went to Wal Mart with Piper to look at albums, and how expensive they are now. I didn't even realize they were selling them. I have at least 50 of them from the 70's. I have moved with them in tow for 40 years! 🤩 Who else has their old albums?
