Today in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, we did a peer partnership exercise that honestly shifted how I see my own business.

When you are deep in it every day, certain challenges stop feeling like challenges. They just become normal. You adapt, you push through, and you keep moving.

But then someone from the outside listens to your story and starts asking questions you would not normally ask yourself. And suddenly, things start to click. Not smaller. Just clearer. 💡
