Some customers can get through to the office by phone and some are getting a busy signal. We are noticing AT&T customers can’t get through. To file a claim or pay a bill and you can’t reach us at 281-201-5517 or 281-494-5859 please do one of the following below:

Claims:
1. Call 855-259-8568 to report your claim
2. Report the claim from your State Farm mobile app
3. Text the word “CLAIM” to 62789 to receive a link

To pay a bill:
1. Call 1-800-440-0998
2. Untilize your State Farm mobile app or this link https://financials.statefarm.com/guest-pay/
