🚨 VA Loan CTC in 12 Days After Original Lender Ghosted Clients 🚨

Congratulations, Daniel & Alyssa, this has been one hell of a ride and I’m excited we’ve received our Clear to Close today! I can’t wait for this Vet and his family to move into their new house next week!

My clients original lender pre-approved them and put them under contract non-contingent selling of their current house. Once the lender realized he made a mistake, instead of working with the clients and coming up with a solution he completely ghosted them for over a week and a half while under contract. Who does this to a person let alone a person who served our country?! The clients came to me in a panic on 9/7 to see if I was able to come up with a solution to be able to close on their new house before selling their current house. This client come to me in a panic on 4/27 telling me their previous lender would not be moving forward on their loan and could not get the deal closed. On 5/4, 7 days after we started the process we had CTC and 5 days later on 5/9 we are closed and funded! I was also able to save this client .5% in rate and was also able to save him thousands in closing costs over his previous lender!
