MBE Empowerment Fund And it provides scholarships for Virginia students enrolled in a degree program in Entrepreneurship at a Virginia college or university.

The MBE Empowerment Fund™ (The Fund) is a community development venture capital fund created to provide long-term equity, near equity, and debt investments in minority business enterprises. The Fund seeks to close the funding gap experienced by minority business enterprises in Virginia, while strengthening their growth potential and helping disadvantaged small business owners and aspiring entrepre

neurs receive the education, training, and resources they need to succeed. The MBE Empowerment Fund™ offers more than just financing – it envelopes disadvantaged minority-owned businesses with management and technical assistance, access to broader financial resources, and a network of professional service providers, including lawyers, marketing consultants, accountants, and others who have the skills, resources and experience to affect the business’ chances for success.

The Grand Prize, a Caso 3.1qt Air Fryer valued at $279.95. In addition, VHCDC will award a 1st Prize of $100.00 and a 2nd Prize of $50.00 to the lucky winner.
