💫Freedom Friday: If you are a homeowner, be certain you are remitting additional principal payments for your mortgage. My background is in the mortgage industry with over a decade of experience. Often times, individuals think if they come across additional money they should pay up their mortgage monthly payments (which is good) but if you have a goal of paying your mortgage off early the 🔑 is additional principal payments!!!!!
You can make lump sum payments and request your loan be re-amortized so you can scope how many years it will take based on your plans of retirement, etc when you need your home paid off.
