Congratulations to The Lawrence Event Center on securing SBA 504 financing to help bring a premier new event venue to Menomonee Falls.

This exciting project was made possible through BLP's partnership with Kale Unangst and Wings Credit Union, supporting the purchase and renovation of a 35,000-square-foot facility that will feature multiple event spaces, a rooftop reception area, and capacity for up to 450 guests.

We're proud to work alongside Wings Credit Union to help businesses invest, grow, and create new opportunities in their communities. Best of luck to Brady Davis and The Lawrence Event Center as they bring this vision to life.
