Celebrating 13 years with Leavitt Recreation & Hospitality Insurance this week, and feeling incredibly grateful.
When I started in 2013, I was an Account Manager, and in 2022 I stepped into a new role as an Insurance Agent. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to wear a lot of hats and experience almost every part of the business. That experience has been invaluable. It has helped me truly understand the work we do and the challenges our clients face every day.
What has made these 13 years so meaningful, though, is the people. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside an incredible team and learn from some amazing leaders. A special thank you to Chris, Damian, and Jill for their guidance, support, and encouragement over the years.
I’m proud of the milestones along the way from earning my CISR designation to qualifying for three Circle of Excellence trips. But even more so, I’m proud of the growth and relationships built throughout this journey.
I’m thankful for everything this company has given me and excited for the continued growth ahead. Here is to the next 13!
