This made me SO happy! These customers needed to do a cash out refinance but were struggling to find a traditional loan program that fit their situation.
Since they were self employed, we were able to use CrossCountry Mortgage’s bank statement program, where we only used 12 months of statements to determine income!
You don’t need a traditional mortgage to get access to your home’s equity.
All you have to do is call me and I will take care of the rest 😊
