Dear Allstate Family,
Working with you to protect what’s important in your life has given me so much pleasure and pride over the last 20 years. Many of you have become family to me and wanted to let you know about a change coming shortly.
Most are aware of my health struggles over the last 3 years and although I am SO much better now and grateful for the journey, I believe it is time for me to fully take care of myself, enjoy my family and take care of others in a different way.
In order to do that, I sold my agency, and I’m looking forward to a new chapter in life. I’m excited to introduce Percy Potts (he goes by PJ) as your new agency owner. The location remains the same, the name is just different. Kelly, Ashley, Robert and Dave are also part of the new Agency team so you will be speaking with the same folks who are taking care of your needs now. The new agency’s name will be Partner's Insurance Group. This all happens on April 1, 2025.
As I considered this decision, my goal was to find an Agency Owner who has the “right stuff” and PJ fit the bill. I have known PJ for several years; he has an exceptional history with Allstate, and I know he cares about people and doing the right thing. I can confidently say that you remain "In Good Hands".
PJ and I are working together to make sure the change of ownership is smooth for everyone. After April 1st, you’ll begin receiving communication directly from PJ. You will notice your emails and policies show Partner's Insurance. Feel free to call him and our team at 440.572.2202 or drop by the office to say Hello.
This Agency remains here for you. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and it’s my hope you continue your support with PJ and our team. I will remain on board for a few months in a part-time role during the transition, so I hope to see many of you before I move on.
I am grateful for the past 20 years of the best memories, incredible relationships and all the experiences shared with my husband, daughters and customers, team and friends as we grew our Allstate Family. My heartfelt...THANK YOU FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF SERVING YOU!
