We're excited to highlight Noah Cosby of Streator Community Credit Union, an ICU Foundation scholarship recipient attending Illinois Credit Union League's 96th Annual Convention through the CRASH Program!

Convention brings together professionals from across Illinois for three days of education, connection, and new ideas. For emerging professionals like Noah, it's a valuable opportunity to expand their network and learn alongside others in the .

The ICUF scholarship will help offset travel and lodging costs, making it easier for Noah to take advantage of this experience. We're looking forward to having him with us at Convention!

If your still having trouble getting on your mobile app..power down your phone and bring it back up, it worked for me. If that doesnt work, message us so we can address it tomorrow!

Good News…we have been restored!! 90 % of transactions have been posted. The Processor is working on bringing up homebanking and the mobile app. Hopefully if you check back this evening you will see your acct. Management will work tomorrow to finish up. Monday should be a normal day!! A sincere Thank You to all of you for your kindness and patience! We have the best members!!

Restoration of our system will begin during the night time hours. Because of this we will be closed tomorrow so that we may post files, direct deposits and make sure all your transactions are posted. If all goes well you will see homebanking and mobile app up sometime later in the day tomorrow. Fingers crossed and we will keep you updated.

Yes, this situation is getting old. Yes you are all frustrated. But I will say that 95% of our members have been gracious, understanding and kind. The other 5% I wont comment on 🤷‍♀️
I want you to know this…for the last 78 1/2 hours this management team has done our very best to hold things together. We are literally sleeping with our phones waiting for the one phone call that is going to bring our system back up. And when that call comes we will be here all night long till we get things running. Its not just the flip of a switch, lots of things have to happen in a specific order.
My staff?? What can i say except they are the absolute best!! They have gone above and beyond and I cant tell you how much I appreciate them. So hang tight folks, we are doing our best and we will get past this. Please do me a favor…got a few minutes? Google “ credit union outage” so you can see how huge this is and that it did Not happen at credit union level. Bless you all for your patience!!

Service update:
I wish we had good news but unfortunately our core has not yet been brought back to service. We are still able to do basic transactions at the credit union or in the drive up. If you are expecting a direct deposit and are able to come in with your paystub we can help you. Your debit card will work but at a lower limit. Atm is available. Please call us with any questions.
