We wanted to share some pretty significant numbers in 2024 so far

These numbers represent the total amount in claims paid from our offices just in 2024

Almost $5 Million paid through July 31st, which represents just over $23,000 paid per day!

We stand by our promise every single day to do right by our customers. Do all claims go perfect? Absolutely not. Do we do everything in our power to make sure things are handled the right way? Absolutely!

We are one of the few offices that has someone in our office specifically dedicated to handling claims and claims only! To be the liason between our customers and corporate, and to help them every step of the way

Our offices are going through a MAJOR transition in 2024.

This year, on top of getting a new billing system, we have 24,000+ Auto/Fire policies getting converted to a new rating system.

So let’s just say every couple months, our service team needs a well deserved Pedi break while the sales team holds down the fort
