Some things in this business are just out of our control, like a seller having a sudden emergency and being unable to sign their sale papers. Houses are one of the biggest purchases people make, and sometimes things donā€™t go the way everyone planned. Itā€™s especially tough when youā€™re two days out, every contractual date has been met, and then something like this happens.

Our buyers had already sold their home and moved out, so this meant starting from square one. Weā€™re keeping the rest of the details private, but you really feel for clients who did everything right and then got hit with a problem completely outside their control.

The good news? Their realtor jumped in and found them a new home. A beautiful home. A perfect home. Weā€™re getting them to the closing table, and we couldnā€™t be more excited for them.
