What an incredible morning at the 40th Annual First Bank Fall Run! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

With more than 675 runners joining us, it was a great way to celebrate 40 years of this special event. Thank you to all the runners, coaches, volunteers, and sponsors who make it possible year after year. We’re grateful for another successful race and for everyone who came out to be part of it!

Scammers can use AI to make a call sound like it’s coming from someone you trust. Before sending money or sharing personal information, hang up and call them back using a number you know is real.

A family code word can also help you know it’s really them.

🏃🏽‍♀️The First Bank Fall Run is this week! Here’s everything you need to know about packet pickup.

School runners: Packets will be delivered to schools Thursday, October 15.

📍 All other runners: Early packet pickup is October 13–15, from 4–6:30 p.m. at First Bank, 1245 Roanoke Rd. in Daleville.

🏁 Race day pickup: Available in the CAMS gymnasium.

Getting ready for life after high school takes more than a diploma. It takes knowing how to navigate the everyday decisions that come with adulthood.

We had the opportunity to join Handley High School’s Level Up Day and talk with seniors about two important pieces of that next chapter: how to manage money and understanding credit.

We’re grateful to be part of helping the Class of 2027 level up and feel a little more prepared for what’s ahead. 💰🎓

For 40 years, the First Bank Fall Run has been about more than reaching the finish line. It’s about neighbors coming together, families creating memories, volunteers giving their time and a community showing up year after year.

What started as a small local race has grown into a beloved tradition in Botetourt County. As we celebrate the 40th Annual First Bank Fall Run on October 17, we’re grateful for everyone who has been part of its story along the way.
