Important Update for Safeco Customers

Safeco has officially transitioned its name and branding to Liberty Mutual Insurance. While the name and look may be changing, your current policy premium, coverage, benefits, renewal, billing, and relationship with our agency are not changing.

Pledge is still your independent agency, and our team is here to support you just like always!

For customers who use the Safeco app or are enrolled in RightTrack, here are a few helpful reminders:

You’ll want to download the Liberty Mutual app and log in using the same username and password you used for the Safeco app. If you are enrolled in RightTrack, your enrollment, current score, and trips should carry over to the Liberty Mutual app.

All household members participating in RightTrack should also download the Liberty Mutual app. Once you’ve made the switch, we recommend deleting the Safeco app to help avoid duplicate notifications.

If you run into any RightTrack issues, Liberty Mutual can help at 1-844-872-3326.
