Good morning from Members Mutual Insurance. We are working today. Our manager and adjusters are out and about. We also have an adjuster in our Storm Lake office to take your claims. As with everyone in the area we have no electricity or phones so we have an agent set up in Alta at Lahr Insurance to take your claims. The Alta office # is 712-200-2010. You can also call the Storm Lake office 712-732-6595 and leave a voicemail (we are able to retrieve those). Hopefully phones should be restored by tomorrow and you can continue to call in your claims. We will get to you as soon as we are able. Please do what you can to protect your property from further damage. Be safe!!
