is the worst service provider and the worst customer service. We haven’t had an office phone or internet service since April 18th. When a tree limb hit the line while I was in my office working.

I’ve tried to explain to the technicians that this can’t be solved by a flip of a button and that someone will have to spend 5 minutes putting my line back on the pole. They tell me that the engineer is the one who will not let a tech service my location until the outage has been restored. Until then I am at the mercy of an engineer who doesn’t understand what is going on. I don’t think I’ve ever been this frustrated or upset, disappointed with a company.

They say I am part of an outage area. However everyone has service except us. I don’t believe I will have service until May if I’m lucky.

My cell phone is limited in my town of 200.
