**UPDATE**
Our system is up and online banking is functional. We are still waiting for ACH files to be transmitted, which may take some time. ACH includes any transactions that take place with your account and routing number, such as auto payments and direct deposits. These are not being denied / declined in the meantime. They are waiting to be posted, and once we get the "go ahead" we will post everything as planned.

**SYSTEM DOWN**
We were contacted by our core processor this morning to let us know they are still experiencing intermittent connection issues, affecting hundreds of credit unions nationwide. They have identified the problem and are working on a solution, but as of right now, we do not have connection. We will keep our members posted as we learn more. Thank you.

*Update*
Our system has been restored.

Previous post:
Our system upgrade went as planned over the weekend and we were up and running as of Saturday evening. Unfortunately our current outage is a separate problem with our core processor, affecting hundreds of other credit unions on their server. They have identified the issue and are working on a solution with the expectation it will be resolved this evening. We will continue to keep members updated as the situation progresses. Thank you for continued patience.
