What is a DSCR Loan?

A DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan is a type of loan that can help investors qualify for a loan without using their income, a DSCR uses the rental income generated from an investment property to qualify for the loan. This is a great option for investors to consider who may not be able to qualify for a traditional investment loan.

Housing Affordability Fund Grant

The Central Valley Association of REALTORS®, with funding from the California Association of REALTORS® Housing Affordability Fund, is offering grants to qualified first-time home buyers who are first responders or educators. This grant is designed to encourage a lifestyle of “living where you work” in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties.

HOME Lending will Match the CVAR credit of $1000 towards closing costs * (*must use H.O.M.E. lending for their financing)

Qualifications:
