Back in 2008, we picked up a condo close to Louis park for $25,000 cash. We were laughed at and ridiculed for purchasing a property in a crime ridden neighborhood. This was most people's perception.

We still own this property to this day and it is currently being rented. Tenant is paying $1600-$1800 per month. Do you think we made the right choice? We got our $25000 investment back after the first 3 years.

Another one in the books! 🏡

We are officially on record for the sale of my listing at 465 N. Tuxedo Ave. in Stockton! What started as a listing has now become the next chapter for two wonderful families.

Great Realtors aren’t measured by how much they talk during a negotiation—they’re measured by the results they achieve.

One of the best live comedy shows I’ve ever seen was Ralphie May’s performance in Stockton.

The year before, I actually had the chance to make sushi for him. Then, the following year, he came back to Stockton to perform, and I finally got to see him live on stage. He was absolutely hilarious from start to finish—one of those comedians who could have the entire audience laughing nonstop.

It’s sad that he’s no longer with us, but I’m grateful I had the opportunity to meet him and experience his comedy in person. Rest in peace, Ralphie May. Thanks for the unforgettable laughs. ❤️🎤😂
