Attention Homeowners, are you waiting to refinance because you keep hearing rates are going to go back down? Well... my advice to you is not to wait if you have been thinking about refinancing your home and pulling some cash out to consolidate debt, have a little extra cash to put into savings or to remodel.

Effective February 1st all conventional cash out loans will have an increase in LLPA( loan level price adjustments) of as much as 1.00 point and this is even for credit scores above 740. This means the interest rate will be more expensive beginning Feb 1, 2023. Call us today for more details.

FHFA announces Validation and Approval of the FICO 10T and VantageScore 4.0 credit score models for use by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac(the Enterprises). In addition, FHFA announced that the Enterprises will require 2 rather than 3, credit reports from the national consumer reporting agencies. Call or DM one of our Team Members for more information.
