Real estate was the beginning of my journey where I learned the power of ownership, mindset shift, & positioning yourself for success.

This year l've expanded to Financial Services; helping families protect what matters, helping create financial security, & providing financial education! Real estate taught me about assets, and financial literacy is teaching me how to protect those assets and build a legacy.

With that being said, I want to encourage everyone here to do the same, I’m going to expand this page to a space where we build confidence, wealth, and generational change together! If I want my clients to be informed then of course I want the people I personally know and follow to be informed as well!

Think you missed your opportunity by not buying a home last year with the low interest rates? Look at this scenario that shows how buying the home you want this year for a more reasonable price - even with a higher interest rate - is still comparable to buying last year, when rates were lower but you had to compete for the home you wanted!

I used $440,000 as the example because that’s currently the average in Stockton, and with 20% down.

I want to occasionally drop some real estate terms for y’all! You may or may not have heard them before, like I’m sure everyone has heard of mortgage lol.

These are vocab words that you’ll hear when it comes to the financial end. Appraisals are done for the seller. Proof of funds & pre approval are for the buyers, and mortgage can apply to both. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out ☺️
