We had a great time at our annual Elevate conference on Friday, June 19, held this year at the Mid County Community Building in Baron. The CCB team went through a fun interactive program on Cross-Generational Leadership facilitated by Robyn Boone with Paradigm Shift. Longevity awards were also handed out to employees hitting milestones of multiples of 5 years. We topped the event off with an awesome meal catered by Copper & Cream.

Meet Sheila Ray - Client Services Representative at our Stilwell location. Sheila grew up in the High Desert of Southern California and attended school at Hesperia, California. Sheila began her banking career at CCB in January as a Teller, but soon after transferred to the Client Services department.

When not at work, Sheila enjoys watching Padres baseball, going to Naturals games, and traveling. A fun fact about Sheila is that she has a rather unique work history. She has worked as a correctional officer and also has worked on the Las Vegas strip as a Facilities Engineer, doing maintenance for guest rooms.
