It looks like we have five carriers for the Individual (under 65) market in Payne County this year. Unfortunately, only two are in network for Stillwater Medical Center. Before signing up for a new plan for 2026, make sure to check your doctors to confirm they are in network!

Gofourth Agency is moving! The next couple of days we will be back and forth between offices but effective July 28, 2025, we will be full time at our new location at 1431 S Western. (One of the three "new" buildings in Fountain Square - the one on the left. Signage isn't up yet but will be eventually.) And for my folks who always commented on those twisty, creaky stairs coming up to my office - good news! This building is ONE STORY!

Just a reminder, if you are looking at individual health insurance (under 65) you have until December 15 to enroll in a plan with an effective date of January 1, 2025. If you enroll between December 16 - January 15, your plan will go into effect February 1, 2025.

If you have a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), whether it's a standalone or bundled with an Advantage plan, this is NOT the year to "let it roll" and assume your current plan is still going to be the best plan for next year. We've seen a LOT of changes within the PDP market for next year...everything from elimination of existing plans, major premium price changes, formulary overhauls, you name it. It's true there is a $2000 cap on out-of-pocket drug spending for 2025, but that's only the case if the medication is on the formulary.

*Reminder* If you have (or need) insurance through the Marketplace, Thursday, December 15 is the last day you can sign up for coverage that starts January 1st. You CAN still sign up after that (through January 15) but any plans you choose between December 16 - January 15 will go into effect February 1, 2023.
