I'm training a new agent in Ponca City! As an accommodation to that, our office in Stillwater will be observing modified walk-in hours temporarily on Wednesdays to allow my teammate to pick up her kiddo from school.

I'll remain available by phone until 4pm and our service team remains available at normal hours from 9am-12pm and 1-5pm.
