Dustin has been a steady presence at iQ for two decades, and one of his favorite memories is hitting the $1 billion mark in assets and moving from the old Operations Center in Hazel Dell. When he's not keeping our facilities running smoothly, you'll find him taking trips to Ilani or spending time with his mom and step-dad. ❤️

Dara's favorite memories are a collage of friendships made, laughter shared, and rewarding hard work. When she's not crushing it in business banking, Dara's happy place is Maui, and her free time is filled with friends, games, and countless photoshoots with her furry friends Linky and Dutch. ❤️

Jordan brings innovation and heart to everything he does. One of his favorite iQ memories is the annual KGW toy drive - moving toys and helping the community while having a great time with the team. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with family, building legos with his three kids, and woodworking. ❤️
