That's why it's important to have a financial advisor who takes the time to understand what's most important to you and develop a personalized strategy aligned with your goals. I partner with my clients to help them make informed decisions and put their money to work for them, utilizing the resources and proven practices of Edward Jones. My introduction to handling money wisely began at a young age, when trips to the grocery store doubled as opportunities to practice math skills and compare choices. Those lessons continued during my teen years as I learned to manage my own earnings, file my taxes, and understand the importance of saving early for retirement. Financial literacy became a lifelong passion, inspiring me to continue my financial education so I could help others plan for their futures and achieve their dreams. I am proud to be a Lancaster County native. Growing up in this area taught me the value of strong community relationships and serving others. After graduating from Conestoga Valley High School in 2000, I earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Virginia Tech in 2004 and returned to Lancaster County. I spent the next 18 years as a high school mathematics teacher and earned my master's degree from Millersville University in 2011. Throughout my teaching career, I saw firsthand the need for greater financial education. Today, as a financial advisor with Edward Jones, I combine my passion for education with personalized financial guidance. During my tenure with the firm, I have had the privilege of helping business owners, individuals, and families work toward goals such as preparing for retirement, saving for education, managing life's transitions and building financial confidence. My goal is to simplify complex financial concepts and provide first-class service so clients can focus on the people, experiences and causes that matter most to them. Whether you're saving for a child's education, purchasing or improving a home, preparing for retirement, providing for future generations, or pursuing personal passions, my Edward Jones team and I are here to help.
