As I am aware of another bond company offering free bonds of 10k or less up to 4 or 5 whatever I'm here to inform you right now of the reasons myself and other agents are unwilling to do so...... it is a violation of the law!

Specifically:
Mandated Premium Fees (RSMo § 324.2166 / formerly § 374.775): Missouri law dictates that licensed bail bond agents must charge premium rates and sets a minimum premium of $50 for bonds of $1,000 or less. Waiving the fee entirely undercuts statutory pricing structures.

Illegal Rebating and Inducements: Commercial bail bondsmen are regulated similarly to insurance producers. Offering a completely free service acts as an illegal rebate or special favor to secure business, which is prohibited under Missouri insurance regulations.

Unfair Trade Practices & Deceptive Advertising: Advertising "free" bonds when the business relies on non-refundable premiums misleads consumers and violates state consumer protection and professional licensing standards overseen by the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance.

So yes as a person who is being bonded these agents offering free bonds is a benifit to you however me and many agents are simply unwilling to risk our license and our businesses to match the illegal offerings of others.

Additionally when choosing a bonding agent or company ensure youre choosing the ones that are aware of their legal capabilities and are willing to stand by them even at the cost of losing businesses!

Anyone who provides info directly relating to him in cuffs you're gonna make payday!
If you want to you can even use that money to post his bonds 😅

Sheriff Jeff Crites is seeking help in locating Davie W. Emily, a 49-year-old who is 5’11”, weighs 160 lbs., has brown hair, and brown eyes. Davie W. Emily is wanted in St. Francois County on a felony warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance. In addition to this felony warrant, Emily is wanted in Washington and Jefferson Counties. Davie W. Emily has ties to Washington County, Jefferson County, St. Louis, and Bonne Terre.
