Congratulations, Red Bud Fire Department on being IAMIC's Fire Department of the Year!

This year’s IAMIC Fire Department of the Year Award goes to the Red Bud Fire Department!

With 36 dedicated volunteer firefighters serving a 110-square-mile area in Southern Illinois, Red Bud Fire Department is committed to protecting its community. The department responds to an average of 100–140 fire and rescue calls each year, with 107 calls in 2025 and 70 already in 2026.

We’re proud to recognize their dedication, service, and commitment to keeping their community safe.

Last week, Andy, Beth, Todd and the entire Randolph Mutual Board of Directors traveled to Peoria for our annual IAMIC convention! We had great speakers leading our sessions and fun evening events. This years theme was everything sports. We enjoyed a night of all the ballpark food, sports trivia and several events to raise money for Children Miracle Network. It was a great week!

This week Andy and I traveled to Grinnell Iowa for our Grinnell Mutual annual meeting! It was a great couple days of networking with peers from Illinois among other states and getting advised of the future of our reinsurance company! While insurance is ever changing and challenging, Randolph Mutual is dedicated to helping protect our insureds and their properties. Grinnell is heavily invested in their community so they took us around to show off some of their small businesses and the college. I didn’t get as many pictures as I wanted but below I have a few to share.
