While my mom was exceptional at providing for our basic needs, I quickly realized that if I wanted the things I desired—a new bike, stylish
jeans, or new sneaks, I needed to take initiative. At 12 years old, I took my first job delivering newspapers, rising early each morning and working every evening. By 16, I was working in a bakery, honing my skills in customer service while making pizzas and serving our community. After high school, I pursued a BA in Accounting at Syracuse University, while putting myself through school....but my journey didn’t end there. For the next decade, I explored various paths, seeking to align my career with my passion for connecting with people. I discovered my strengths lay in assisting others and educating them about their options. It was a transformative period that pushed me out of my comfort zone, my paradigm, and helped me confront my fears of failure. In 2002, I realized i needed to get out of my comfort zone, get rid of the fear of failure and start building something that mattered. Opportunities are abundant, and the only thing fear truly produces is regret. I found my path in insurance — not because I dreamed of selling policies, but because I saw an opportunity to genuinely help people, where I could make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. My agency isn’t about quick quotes or one-size-fits-all policies. We take the time to educate our customers, help them feel informed, empowered, and secure. I’m passionate about helping people plan for what’s ahead. Through our Wealth Management services, we help folks with their retirement goals because financial security isn’t just about today, it’s about tomorrow too. The formative experiences I had while growing up instilled in me the core values that define my agency's culture today: HEART—Hardworking, Empathy, Accountability, Remarkable, Transparency. These principles guide us in every interaction, reminding our customers that they can lean on us for support. Today, I am proud to lead a team that embodies these values and is committed to putting people first.
