I can tell you right now there are a lot of people that are going to regret that they waited for rates to come down to buy. The competition is going to be absolutely fierce when they come down. This will drive prices up! Get in front and take advantage of that equity don’t pay for that equity!

Rhonda came to me with a couple who has jumped around the last couple years and felt they found the right place. We got countered from a 30 day close to 21. The sellers agent seemed nervous about asking for that but I assured her I can get it done! Then at the last minute my buyers asked if we could possibly fund earlier because they wanted the weekend to move in, so we did! Funded in 18 days!
