UPDATE: Physical Office Closed Due to Power Outage.

Our office is closed today as of this hour due to last night’s storm. Team members with internet/phones are working from home. Please call the office number 814-238-1562 —if lines are down, file claims using:

• State Farm® mobile app
• 800-SF-CLAIM (800-732-5246)
• Text “CLAIM” to 62789

Claims are handled in order received & by severity. Smaller claims can be handled remotely thru our office with estimates.

Example: Tree on your home?
1. Call emergency services
2. Contact tree removal & restoration company
3. Reach out to a contractor asap to get on their lists

Uninhabitable homes will be prioritized for hotel/short-term housing.
Reminder: Check your deductible—small claims like food spoilage must exceed it.

To better assist our customers, we are transitioning to an appointment based setting for those wishing to meet in person. Walk in lobby hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 2pm. In office appointments are available Mon - Fri 2pm - 4:30pm. Additional appointment times are available upon request. We encourage customers seeking an in person meeting to make an appointment which in turn allows us to better serve you.

Due to the weather in TX, State Farm has lost online & phone functionality. This directly impacts all of your local agents. ETA on a fix is hopefully tomorrow with no set time. Personal cell or social media is the best way to contact your agent, emails & texts to the office are not coming through.

Whether you are my customer, customer of another agent, or customer of another company; here are a few helpful tips & questions to email to your agent:

* If you pay your account in full, ask about making a 1/2 payment and/or ask about setting up a monthly bill
* If you pay your account monthly, ask about deferment and payback options
* Review the annual mileage that is on file and possible telematic options
* Review discounts; especially if you have young drivers - discounts may have fallen off in the past due to grades, tickets, etc... those young drivers may now re-qualify for those discounts
