We use many lenders as mortgage brokers, and due to high volume with some of our lenders we get some great perks. Mortgage Source PA is a Pinnacle Partner with Rocket Mortgage due to that volume and there are some benefits we may be able to pass along to our clients as a result.

One of the best benefits for our borrowers is complimentary 5 day rate lock extensions if it turns out they need a few extra days to close. Rate lock extensions can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. This is often at no fault of the client if there are appraisal or title issues and many times this cost falls to the buyer. We also enjoy helping our clients get better deals with the program Rocket offers. The credit upgrade program can provide specific advice of paying some accounts off or down before closing to raise your credit score to improve rates or lender credits. We have even accomplished this feat between accepted offer and closing!

We do know many people have strong feelings about the company formerly branded as Quicken Loans, but Rocket has really improved the experience for us and our clients.
