Due to an ongoing issue with a fuel spill in the area of the Main office on Furnace avenue, the branch at 2 Furnace Ave will be closing at 11:00 am this morning December 24, 2025. We will reopen on Friday the 26th at 9:00am.

Our other two offices are available as an alternative and will remain open until 3:00 PM today.

The ATM across the street from the Main office is still available as well, along with our online services.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Its a pleasure to support the Town of Stafford Resident Trooper's Office and Town of Stafford Social Services for their annual stuff a cruiser event for the Holiday season. Big plus if you stop by... you can get you request into Santa early!

The Bank is extremely proud to continue its support of the Citizens Scholarship Foundation of Stafford Springs. With this year’s donation it brings the Bank’s fund to over $250,000.

This evening, the Citizens Scholarship Foundation of Stafford Springs was presented with a very generous $15,000 contribution by Stafford Savings Bank! SSB has been making this donation annually for many years. Our community is so fortunate to have such a wonderful, small town bank to support not only CSF but countless other town organizations. Thank you Stafford Savings Bank for supporting the students of Stafford and Union, helping them achieve their educational goals after high school!

What a fun event this weekend at the Trick or Treat on Main in Explore Stafford CT, CT. The individual, group and family costumes were fantastic. Thanks to the Bank crew of Oompa-Loompas for spending there time over the weekend support this great town event.

Stafford was busy this past weekend with multiple events including Applefest and the Bosco Fowler Memorial 5K. We were honored to sponsor and actively participate in the events put on by Explore Stafford CT and the Rotary Club of Stafford CT. Congratulations to both organizations for putting on two great events! Special thanks to KatCarves - Eclectic Chainsaw Art for a wonderful carving demonstration.
