One God in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We give thanks for the God who creates, redeems, and sustains us.

🎙️ We’re excited to be featured on It’s a Money Thing Backstage!

Earlier this year, LutheranFCU launched Financial Education Friday to help our members and the broader LCMS community feel more informed and confident about their financial decisions.

Through our partnership with Currency Marketing, we are able to share engaging It’s a Money Thing resources that make important financial topics easier to understand, from budgeting and credit scores to borrowing, saving, and more.

In this episode, Tom Schlund, Synod Relations and Marketing Director at LutheranFCU, shares more about who we are, why financial education matters to us, and how we are using these resources to serve our community.

💰 **Financial Education Friday**

A raise, bonus or new job can be a great opportunity to move closer to your financial goals. But when spending rises right along with income, it can be easy to feel like you are not making progress at all.

**Do One Thing:** The next time your income increases, increase your savings rate too.

Remember: consistency matters more than intensity. One manageable step today can help move you closer to greater financial breathing room tomorrow.

Do One Thing: Choose one small action this week, such as reviewing your subscriptions, calling to ask about a lower interest rate, or increasing a payment, and start building momentum.
