First rehab lessons…some we’d change, some we’d do all over again 👏🏼

We’d 100% outsource the final deep clean next time and probably a few smaller projects too, but doing some of the work ourselves made the process that much more rewarding. We kept a close eye on everything (first-timer energy), but learned to trust the pros a little more.

And PSA: be very cautious with homes full of old wallpaper…that budget can get unpredictable fast. We wouldn’t change bringing the kids along for the ride, letting them take the first swing at demo, and documenting the transformation so we can look back on where it started.
