You may start to notice some changes when it comes to your insurance — and we want to keep you in the loop.
Safeco is now operating fully under the Liberty Mutual name.

What does this mean for you?

✔️You may see Liberty Mutual listed on your billing statements or bank/credit card charges.

✔️Emails may now come from Liberty Mutual instead of Safeco

✔️Online accounts and documents may reflect the new branding

Your coverage, policy, and pricing are NOT changing because of this. This is simply a branding transition — the companies have been operating together for years.

We know changes like this can feel confusing, so if you ever have a question or want us to double-check something, we’re always here to help.

Cheers to 30 incredible years, Karen Dawson! 🎉

Karen joined the agency in 1996, continuing a legacy started by her grandparents and proudly representing the third generation of the Bene’-Kelly family. Over the past three decades, she has grown into her role as a Principal Agent, Office Manager, and so many other hats (but we don’t have enough space to type them all out!). If we tried to capture everything she’s done and continues to do, it would truly be a never-ending book—her dedication, leadership, and commitment are unmatched!

As shown in the throwback photo, pictured from left to right are her brother Kevin, Karen, her mother Rosemary Kelly, and her father Robert Kelly—a true family legacy in action. Fast forward to today, and you’ll still find Karen doing what she does best—hard at work and continuing to shape the future of the agency.
