Jake was able to answer any our questions we had and was responsive well beyond the times of "office hours," which is great when you have that burning question at odd hours. The whole team assisting in the background was very communicative with the documents needed, made it very easy to understand and where to find, and were able to follow up very quickly on receiving the documents. All in all it was a great experience and if rates ever drop in the next few years Delmar Mortgage, Jake, and his team will be all top of mind to help refinance.
