ZMC Investments This site was built to showcase Wholesale properties under $100,000 in the ST. Louis Market. I have found some pretty good niches for finding great deals.

I have been involved with Real Estate in many different capacities since 2007 and I have been a Full-Time Investor since June 2008. My speciality is finding great wholesale deals for investors that know a good deal when they see one and can move quick to acquire that asset. I prefer to work with cash buyers that can move quick but I also work with several hard money lenders in the area to help pro

vide funding if your funding source has dried up. We also love partnering with other investors or wholesalers to co-wholesale deals to my investors. There is one thing that I have learned in this business is that you cannot do it alone. We have co-wholesaled hundreds of properties over the years and will continue to do the same over the next few years

As a real estate investor, I realize that networking is vital in this business so I make it a point to attend several networking events throughout the month and engage with other investors and real estate professionals such as real estate agents, wholesalers, rehabbers, vendors, and hard money lenders. We are also looking to partner with private investors who want to earn at least a 8%-15% return on their money secured by real estate. As a high volume real estate wholesaler I have given away some tremendous deals over the years to my partners. Now I want us to start keeping them and maximizing their potential. which means I do not have much information on the property except that tenant has been there paying $1100 a month for the last 5 years.
How much are landlords paying for rentals in the area if the tenant is paying $1100/mo?
Taxes are $1422 a year
Sq ft is 922
Does have a garage and a finished basement
