My wife and I were buying our first home and the house we wanted had 21 offers. It felt like a long shot, but Micah went above and beyond. He personally called the listing agent to vouch for us and explain how strong our financing was. I truly believe that conversation helped us stand out and played a huge part in us getting our dream home.
From start to finish, Micah and Lillie made the whole process so much less stressful. They were always quick to answer questions, kept us updated, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. As a first time homebuyer, that meant everything.
Lillie was even at the closing table with us, walking us through the paperwork and explaining everything in a way that actually made sense. She could tell I was anxious and immediately helped put me at ease.
You hear horror stories about buying a house, but our experience was the complete opposite because of these two. They genuinely care about their clients and go way above what you would expect. If you are looking for a mortgage team that will fight for you and make the process as smooth as possible, stop looking. Call Micah and Lillie. I cannot thank them enough for helping my wife and me get our dream home.
